For a winter holiday, have it all from one convenient location in the heart of Park City next to the Park City Mountain Resort. As Owners, we always offer great rates on three exceptionally located and high quality condos.

    Snow Flower (ski in/ski out) and Silver Cliff Village condos are a full kitchen studio and a 1,900 sq. ft. two bedroom at the ski area. We also have an Empire House one bedroom condo at the base of the ski area.

 About us ……….
We lived in Park City for 25 years but migrated to Key West & Georgia recently.
Rosemary is a UCSB grad; now with 29 years at a major airline, based in Atlanta.
Don is a Naval Academy '67 grad, Naval Aviator (F-8's Forever!), retired from the airlines.
We have skied Park City Mountain Resort (PCMR) for 30 years, & have worked as volunteer Mountain Hosts at PCMR, so we know the mountain well.
                                             

Besides skiing, we talk sailing, snowshoeing, kayaking,
STAX soul music, and gumbo cooking.

We offer very personalized service to fit your needs, and great rates.

Want to snowshoe or cross country the Uinta Mountains or try outdoor activities other than skiing, but don't know where to start? We can point you in the right direction.

We swap/trade for your condos or boats, please ask.
